Evercohol was founded in 2011 with a specific focus on rare, premium wines of Lebanon, Turkey, Georgia, Croatia, Italy and France. 

For years, we have been representing multiple prestigious wineries from the Mediterranean and Eastern Eurpean regions. They are namely Kavaklidere, Vinkara, Urla and Chamlija of Turkey, Domaine Wardy of Lebanon, Yannick Amirault, Chateau de Miniere and Chateau Carsin of France, and Cupcake Vineyards of the U.S. We aim to bring you outstanding vintages fermented from the region's indigenous grapes and crafted by dedicated Vignerons.

Our online shop offers not only rare, noteworthy vintages, artisan fine wine and natural wine from around the world, but also luxury labels that are keenly sought after as collectible. They are our meticulous selections with high scores from Robert Parker, Jane Anson and Vinous.

Wine events/parties are an extension of what we do. From time to time we host wine social dinners featuring different themes and regions that allows our members and new guests to explore the vast world of wine. 

As a responsible wine merchant in HK, we are involved in a couple of UN projects that help change the lives of Chinese children and women. Out of every purchase with us, HK$4 goes toward the donation.
