About the Winery:
The vineyards are located in Santorini and most of them are on the outskirts of the village of Pyrgos Kallistis at a height of 150-300 metres and facing towards the north to north-east. The production of wine, an organic product, is part of the Hatzidakis family's duties as the use of fertilizer components of unnatural origins and pesticides contain serious substances that pass from the soil into the plants, then to their fruits and finally to humans with damaging consequences for their bodies. For this reason since 1997 and still today, organic cultivation is applied to every linear vineyard that is planted. The same applies for older vineyards, both owned and rented, and their cultivation is switched to organic. (source: http://www.hatzidakiswines.gr/en/the-winery/organic-vineyards.html
Here's the tasting note: Bright green-yellowish color with a nose of citrus, hints of tea leaves, herbs, minerality, shades of lime blossom, pineapple and banana. Full mouth sense, complex, with juicy and robust acidity. Elongated aftertaste, with earthy and mineral notes.
