This cuvée is produced in limited quantity only, each bottle being numbered. There’s only 2023 bottles available.

This wine is elaborated from very old small Pinots vines from Aÿ, the harvest being entirely vinified and raised on lees during 15 months. There is no use of herbicide, insecticide or fungicide.

This rare vintage 2016 is very qualitative ! The bottle is presented in its elegant wooden box, for a wine deserving to be among the greatest red wines of Champagne !
